For the person who came looking

A small number of private consultation places exist each year. They are not advertised, there is no waitlist marketing, and membership of The Workup neither requires them nor entitles anyone to them — consultation places are simply offered first to members who ask, because by then we already share a working vocabulary.

If that's you: email admin@drhblo.com with the subject "Private consultation enquiry" and a sentence on what's brought you here. You'll get an honest answer about availability and fees — including "not currently," if that's the truth.

A doctor–patient relationship begins only when a consultation is booked, confirmed, and conducted — not from membership, this page, or an email.
