Childhood immunisation · where your child sits on the schedule
See exactly where your child is up to on Australia's vaccine schedule — and the questions to take to your GP.
For any parent or carer. Pop in your child's birth date to see what they've had, what's due, and what's coming on the 2026 National Immunisation Program.
This tool doesn't tell you whether to vaccinate, delay, or decline. It shows you where your child sits on the official Australian schedule, and hands you the exact questions to take to your GP so the decision is yours — made with the real information in front of you.
It isn't your child's official record. The only authoritative source is the Australian Immunisation Register. Everything runs in your browser — nothing you type is sent anywhere or stored.
This tool helps you plan — it can't tell if your child is unwell. If you're worried right now, call 000 or your GP.

The honest part
This timeline is built from the dates you remember — it isn't your child's official record. The only authoritative source is the Australian Immunisation Register. Ask your GP, or check the AIR yourself through myGov, before you rely on any "overdue" flag here.
If you're weighing up declining or delaying
In Australia, a personal or conscientious objection is not a recognised exemption — it stopped counting from 1 January 2016. A medical exemption is only valid for a genuine medical reason (like a confirmed severe allergy) and must be recorded by an eligible doctor on the official AIR form (IM011) — not a GP letter, and 'natural immunity' only counts if it's lab-confirmed. Being un-immunised can also affect Family Tax Benefit, Child Care Subsidy and childcare/school enrolment. Take your real concerns to your GP as questions — that's where this gets decided properly.

If you want the deeper version
Want the deeper version — the real numbers on each disease and each vaccine, the catch-up plan worked through, and the BRAN questions for any shot you're unsure about? The childhood-immunisation decision kit covers it.
